Boo! Halloween is fast approaching! Are you ready with clothes, make up, decorations and of course treats for the kids who will knock on your door? Do not panic! Relax! Neither do I! I suggest you start with cocktail recipes for Halloween. It’s a great way to liven up your home and enjoy the last week before the holidays. Show a themed movie, invite some friends and enjoy! If you have a large family with children, opt for a non-alcoholic drink with a stunning decoration to spark their imagination. Whatever your preference, you’ve come to the right place. I made my own list and can’t wait to share it with you! Let’s go! It’s time to fill the glasses with a good dose of magic and mystery!
Halloween cocktail with syringe
Let’s start with a simple and easy recipe, but served in a spectacular way! You don’t need any special equipment for this, just collect the ingredients and mix in a clean glass. For maximum effect, you will need a syringe. Take a look at the photo above. Can you guess what they are filled with? No, it’s not bloody fluid. It’s just raspberry puree. Awesome, isn’t it? But if you prepare it for adults, you can replace it with red aftershock. This is a cinnamon liqueur that will instantly spice up your drink.
Version with alcohol
- 120 ml of vodka
- Amaretto 60 ml
- 100 ml orange juice
- 180 ml club soda
Alcohol-free version
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- Squeeze 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- Pineapple juice 2 tbsp
- ½ teaspoon grenadine (optional)
- 120 ml sparkling water
To prepare the fruit puree, you need 200 grams of raspberries, strawberries or whatever you like. Of course, red color is what we need here. Blend them in a food processor, then pass the puree through a fine-mesh strainer to separate the pulp from the seeds. Then add 50 grams of sugar and cook on medium-high heat for about 10 minutes. Don’t forget to stir!
Steaming Halloween Cocktail
I love this Halloween cocktail recipe even more. This is because of the purple color, but also because of the shimmering effect and the smoke it gives off. But real magic takes time and some effort. You’ll need more time to prepare him, so start this weekend to get him ready in time for Halloween 2022.
Prepare the sparkling liqueur
- 230 ml of vodka
- 10 fresh or frozen blackberries
- 4 teaspoons simple syrup
- ⅛ teaspoon purple or pearl luster dust
Add blackberries to vodka, cover and steep for 1 week or at least 3 days. The longer you wait, the tastier your wine will be. When ready, use a cheesecloth to remove the fruit. Then add enough simple syrup to sweeten the liqueur to your liking. At the end, put a pinch of edible glitter! It’s incredible!
Prepare the cocktail
- 40 ml of apple vodka
- 80ml Homemade Sparkling Blackberry Liqueur
- Pomegranate 1 tsp
- Dry ice powder
Add about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of powdered dry ice to the bottom of the glass. It is perfectly safe to consume, but only by mixing it into a drink. So be careful not to consume it directly. Dry ice is basically a solid form of carbon dioxide, which gives that magical smoke effect.
Then, mix well all the ingredients for the cocktail in a separate glass and pour over dry ice.
Halloween margarita
You can create your own original cocktail mix and add the garnish shown in the photo above. But you can try recreating this martini recipe. It will instantly put you in the Halloween spirit. Imagine welcoming your guests to a table with a beautiful homemade centerpiece and glasses with themed decorations. It would be impressive, wouldn’t it?
To make it, mix silver tequila, blood orange juice, lime juice and simple syrup. Then make eyes using marshmallows and chocolate chips. It’s as simple as hello!
Martini on Halloween Edition
Here’s another idea to create eyes for your themed appetizer. Take the lychee fruit and replace the kernels with blueberries. And as for the cocktail, here are the ingredients:
Non-Alcoholic Halloween Cocktails
- 8 mint leaves
- 90 ml green apple juice
- 30 ml litchi juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Mix all the ingredients in a blender, so that you can finely chop the mint leaves. Then leave to chill in the refrigerator so it can release its flavor. It’s a good idea to serve with an easy Halloween dessert. Kids will really enjoy it.
Halloween cocktail with vodka
- 112 ml of vodka
- 81 ml litchi juice
- 60 ml blood orange liqueur
- 30 ml simple syrup
- 140 ml of water
- 170 grams of sugar
- 1 match green tea
To make matcha tea, first boil water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes, then remove the bag and add the sugar, stir until it dissolves and leave to cool. Once it’s cool enough, fill a shaker with ice and mix all the ingredients together.
