Recipe Bagels with Scrambled Eggs and Bacon
- 4 bagel loaves
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of bacon
- 6 eggs
- 3 tbsp. the milk
- salt pepper
- 1 handful of grated paneer
Split the bagels in half and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place the cheddar slices on the bottom of the bread and bake for 5 to 10 minutes in the grill position at 190°C.
Grill the bacon pieces in a skillet without adding fat. Booked.
Beat the eggs with the milk, season with salt and pepper then add the grated cheese. Pour into the pan used to cook the bacon and cook the eggs for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Place a slice of bacon on top of the melted cheese, add the scrambled egg, close and enjoy!
