Granola is a good idea for a healthy but not terribly indulgent breakfast. Enjoyed on its own, better with milk or with cottage cheese, it will surely delight you!

This is a great idea for an easy and quick recipe for brunch. Don’t hesitate to prepare large quantities: granola keeps very well for several weeks in a glass jar. This recipe can be enriched with goji berries, raisins, coconut, pistachios, other types of chocolate… In short, the recipe can be infinitely modified to please you!

Granola recipe with dried fruit and chocolate

For 750 gms
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes


– 300 g rolled oats (preferably whole grain)
– 40 grams of pumpkin seeds
– 100 grams of shelled hazelnuts
– 100 grams of shelled almonds
– 1 pinch of cinnamon
– 50 g coconut oil (or other vegetable oil)
– 2 cases of honey
– 70 grams of maple syrup
– 100 grams of dark chocolate

1. Coarsely chop almonds and hazelnuts.

2. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave for a few seconds. Do the same with honey if it hardens. In a salad bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

3. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Don’t forget the cinnamon.

4. Place the preparation on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 150°C for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

5. Once the granola is cooked and cooled, shave and chop the chocolate (or use as sprinkles).

6. Mix the granola with the chocolate shavings and place the very cold preparations in the glass box. Store away from light.

7. Taste with cottage cheese, for example.
