Detox juice recipe with apple, carrot and ginger

- 4 carrots
- 2 apples
- 1 lemon
- 20 grams of fresh ginger

Peel the carrots and cut off the ends. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters, removing the seeds and core. Peel the ginger.

Pass everything through a juice extractor.

Cut the lemon in half and sprinkle the previous mixture with lemon juice. Mix and drink fresh!
