Here’s Cyril Lignac’s recipe for Spaghetti with Sausage, Tomato Sauce (Everyone in the kitchenM6):
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients for 4 people
- 240 grams of spaghetti
- ½ onion peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 to 2 sprigs of basil
- 400 grams of tomato sauce
- 4 chipolta sausages
- 1 slice of 50g parmesan
- Coarse cooking salt
- olive oil
- Fine salt and ground pepper
In a hot frying pan, pour a line of oil, place the sausages, brown well and fry for 4 minutes on medium heat.
In a saucepan, pour a few drops of oil with a piece of butter, add onions and cook on medium heat without browning, pour tomato sauce and cook with basil leaves.
Slice the sausages and dip them in the tomato sauce. Continue cooking on low flame.
In a pan of boiling salted water, immerse the spaghetti for 7 minutes, at the end of cooking, drain them and put them with the tomato sauce and sausage, they will continue to cook for 4 minutes. If the sauce is too thick, add a little of the pasta cooking water and stir with a pasta tong.
Serve pasta on plates using tongs and a ladle, sprinkled with grated parmesan.
