Chocolate Yogurt Cake
Beat 3 eggs with 1 yogurt in a bowl. Add 2 cups of flour, 2 cups of sugar, 1/2 cup of oil, 1 cup of chocolate powder, and 1 cup of baking powder. Mix everything until you get a smooth paste. Then pour the batter into the mold lined with baking paper. Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 to 40 minutes.

Banana Peanut Curd Cake
Sift 3 bowls of flour with 1 packet of baking powder. Mash 1 banana (or 2 small ones) with a fork. Then crack 3 eggs into a bowl and add 1 cup of curd before whisking vigorously. Then add 2 cups of sugar, ½ cup of oil, banana and 80 grams of peanut butter to the mixture. Add 3 times the flour and yeast mixture to it. Mix the flour so that it is homogeneous. Line a cake tin with baking paper and pour over the preparation. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 to 35 minutes. You can add some crushed peanuts on top.

Curd and Hazelnut Cake
In a bowl, beat 4 eggs with 1 cup sugar and 1 vanilla sachet. Then add 1 cup of curd, 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of hazelnut powder, 1 packet of baking powder, ½ cup of oil and some orange zest (optional). Then pour the mixture into a mold lined with baking paper. Bake the cake for 40 to 45 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.

Yogurt, Lemon and Coconut Cake
Clean 1 lemon, remove the zest and juice. Then sift 2.5 cups of flour with 1 cup of yeast. Mix 1 cup yogurt and 3 eggs in a salad bowl. Whisk the mixture before adding 2 cups sugar and ½ cup oil. Blend again, then stir in 1 jar of shredded coconut and lemon juice and zest. Then add the flour and yeast mixture 3 times. Stir everything together, then pour it into a square mold (or molds) previously covered with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with a little icing sugar and coconut powder.

Upside-down pineapple curd cake
Butter a cake tin and sprinkle a little brown sugar on the side. Place 6 pieces of pineapple in the bottom of the pan. Then break 3 eggs in a bowl and add 1 bowl of curd. Beat everything before combining 3 cups of flour, 2 cups of sugar, ½ cup of oil, 3 tbsp. s of pineapple juice and 1 packet of baking powder. Separate the whites from the yolks of 3 eggs. Beat the egg whites. Beat the yolks with 1 cup of yogurt, 3 cups of flour, 1 cup of sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and ½ cup of oil. Then add the egg whites to the mixture. Pour the batter into ⅔ of the muffin mould, then bake the cake for 5 minutes at 200°C. Then leave to cool. Make a glaze by mixing 200g of low-fat fresh cheese with 50g of icing sugar and 1/2 tsp. c. Liquid vanilla. Then pour the mixture into a piping bag, then pipe the frosting once the cake has cooled.

Then add ½ cup of oil, 2 cups of sugar, 3 cups of flour, 1 packet of baking powder and vanilla seeds. Stir until you get a smooth paste. Then pour the mixture into a cake tin lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 to 40 minutes.
