3 Energizing Juice Recipes

To replenish energy during this back-to-school period, we give you three recipes for fruit and vegetable juices, peaches to drink in the morning!

Citrus juice

material

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 Clementines
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Turmeric root 1 cm
  • the water

preparation

  1. Wash and peel the oranges, clementines and carrots and blend them with the turmeric root in a blender or juice extractor.
  2. Add the juice of half a lemon and thin with water if desired.
  3. Taste!

Green vegetable juice

Green vegetable juice

  • A handful of spinach
  • A pitcher leaf
  • A stalk of celery
  • a cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon
  • the water

preparation

  1. Wash and blend your vegetables in a blender or juice extractor.
  2. Add the juice of half a lemon and thin with water if desired.
  3. Taste!

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 pink grapefruit
  • 1/2 lemon

preparation

  1. Wash, peel and mix carrots and kiwi.
  2. Squeeze the juice of grapefruit and lemon.
  3. Mix and thin with water if desired.
  4. Taste!

To replenish energy, make fresh fruit juice at home with citrus fruits, green vegetables or other vitamin-rich fruits and vegetables to feel in great shape all day long!
