Citrus juice

material
- 2 oranges
- 2 Clementines
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 lemon
- Turmeric root 1 cm
- the water
preparation
- Wash and peel the oranges, clementines and carrots and blend them with the turmeric root in a blender or juice extractor.
- Add the juice of half a lemon and thin with water if desired.
- Taste!
Green vegetable juice

material
- A handful of spinach
- A pitcher leaf
- A stalk of celery
- a cucumber
- 1/2 lemon
- the water
preparation
- Wash and blend your vegetables in a blender or juice extractor.
- Add the juice of half a lemon and thin with water if desired.
- Taste!
Multivitamins

- 2 carrots
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 pink grapefruit
- 1/2 lemon
preparation
- Wash, peel and mix carrots and kiwi.
- Squeeze the juice of grapefruit and lemon.
- Mix and thin with water if desired.
- Taste!
